What actions can intervention units take?

The security units protecting properties monitored by Delta Security consist of at least two trained security personnel equipped with measures such as batons and handcuffs. They are also authorized and trained to use firearms. Their actions may include:

• Detaining perpetrators;
• Preserving evidence and securing the incident site;
• Protecting property and the health of affected individuals.

The work of these units is strictly regulated by the law, including the Act on the Protection of Persons and Property and the Ordinance of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of October 21, 2011 (amended December 11, 2013) on the rules for arming specialized armed security formations and the conditions for storing and recording weapons and ammunition.
